Toward the end of her corporate career developing leaders and healthy, effective organizations, Kathy Garrett, Ph.D., sought out retreats to find a new direction. She then manifested her vision to teach and joined the faculty of the graduate program in Organization Development and Leadership at Saint Joseph’s University. She also began her journey to become a Certified Retreat Coach and Leader. Because Kathy knows the challenges of a fast-paced life and has experienced the transformative value of retreats, she now shares this transformative path with other women. Her retreats elegantly

weave together gentle activities that help women tap their own inner wisdom, safe sharing in a woman’s circle and restorative time in a beautiful, natural setting. Kathy is also a certified SoulCollage® facilitator, which is an intuitive, creative process for self-discovery that is aligned with her retreat approach.

Kathy continues her work in leadership and organization development as a coach and consultant at The Propel Consulting Group, a consulting group she leads with her husband. Kathy is a city dweller who loves to garden and walk along the banks of the Schuylkill River to connect to the inspirations of each season.
